KT Tatara is one of the best young comedians today. The Washington D.C. native, now based in Los Angeles is moving up quickly in the comedy world, winning numerous contests and performing all over the country, and he has no intentions of stopping anytime soon. KT's comedy is a combination of a classic style with unpredictable jokes that leave people on the edge of their seats. His hip, creative performance covers a wide range of topics and makes him likable to any audience.

After attending high school in Woodbridge, Va., KT went on to West Virginia University, where he graduated with a B.A. in music and a communications minor. While in college, KT worked at various radio stations including the school station, WWVU-FM, as the Program Director, Production Director and Jazz Music Director. Also during his time at WVU, KT began performing stand up comedy.

It wasn't very long before KT was winning comedy contests at the Improv comedy clubs in Pittsburgh, Baltimore and Tampa. He also began showcasing at many of the clubs in NYC and L.A., opening for major headliners. In 2003, KT was one of the youngest semifinalists in Comedy Central's Laugh Riots Stand Up Competition. In the fall of 2004, KT will be a featured performer in the New Generation of Comedy Tour at colleges across the country. Clearly, KT's meteoric rise in the world of comedy will undoubtedly continue.

KT has appeared at Improv comedy clubs in DC, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Tampa, Ontario, Brea and Hollywood. In NYC, KT has performed at Stand Up NY, Caroline's, Gotham Comedy Club and the Comedy Cellar. In L.A., he has been seen at the Laugh Factory, Comedy Store, Ice House and Ha-Ha Cafe.
